RecoverNode collects information you submit through assessment, contact, purchase, and support forms. This may include your name, business contact information, infrastructure description, billing details processed by our payment provider, and support correspondence.

How information is used

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate environments, deliver installations, provide support, process transactions, maintain security, and improve the service.

Website analytics

RecoverNode uses optional Google Analytics 4 to understand how the public website is used and to measure actions such as assessment submissions, checkout starts, technical-document downloads, and completed purchases. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you choose to accept analytics.

If you accept analytics, RecoverNode may store first- and last-touch acquisition attribution in your browser so referrals and campaigns can be associated with assessment and checkout activity. If you decline analytics, that attribution is not persisted.

Analytics may collect information about page visits, browser and device characteristics, approximate geographic information, referral sources, and interactions with the website. RecoverNode does not send passwords, private keys, access tokens, infrastructure credentials, assessment-form contents, or customer email addresses to Google Analytics through the events implemented on this website.

You can accept, decline, or change your analytics choice at any time using Privacy choices in the site footer. Declining analytics clears RecoverNode acquisition-attribution storage and Google Analytics cookies that are accessible to this site. Core site, assessment, checkout, fulfillment, and download functions remain available without analytics.

Infrastructure information

Do not submit passwords, private keys, access tokens, or other credentials through the public contact form. Credentials required for an authorized installation will be handled through a separately agreed secure process.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the website, process payments, provide analytics, send email, or deliver support. We do not sell personal information.
