Terms of Service

Effective August 1, 2026

RecoverNode provides infrastructure assessment, configuration, monitoring, recovery software, installation, and related support services. Final scope and supported environments are confirmed before deployment.

Customer authorization

You represent that you own or are authorized to administer every system supplied for assessment or installation. You are responsible for backups, access authorization, maintenance windows, and accurate environment information.

Operational limitations

RecoverNode is not a substitute for backups, redundant infrastructure, disaster recovery, clustering, or a qualified system administrator. It does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or recovery from every hardware, software, network, power, security, or third-party failure.

Recovery actions

When enabled, the software may restart services or reboot protected hosts according to configured safeguards. Test mode, recovery budgets, cooldowns, and lockout should be validated before production use.
